Aloo Chana Chat
Ingredients:
250gms Kabuli chana
3 Potatoes
1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp Chaat masala
1 Small onion Ginger
1 Tomato
2 Green chillis
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp Oil
lemon juice
Salt to taste
Method: Boil the Chana for 20 minutes. Boil potatoes, peeled it and cut into 1cm cubes. Roast cumin powder Chopped onion into small pieces, cut tomato into medium pieces. Deseed Green chilli and chop it finely Wash the boiled Chana and drain the water Heat oil in a non stick pan and put green chilli, ginger, onion into it for a minute. Now add Chana and potato and toss till they turn slightly brown. Add tomato and toss it over moderate heat Now sprinkle cumin powder, red chilli powder and chaat masala Put into a bowl and sprinkle fresh coriander and salt on it. For tangy flavor add lemon juice to it.
Finger Chips (French Fries)
Ingredients:

5 Potatoes
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut potato into long strips. Add rocksalt as required.
Fry potato strips in heated oil till it turns golden.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or tarter sauce.
Chicken Chowmein
Ingredients:
4 Strips egg noodles
2 Cups chicken
6 Spring onions

1/2 Cup chopped onion
2 Garlic clove
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
1 Cup chopped Beans
1 Cup oil
Salt to taste
Method: Boil the chicken and cut into small pieces. Keep noodles in hot water for 5-7 minutes and drain it. Now cook it in salted water. Leave it for drying. Heat the oil and fry onions, chicken and beans. Add noodles to it. Stir fry it for few minutes. Now add soy sauce, salt and vinegar and stir fry it for 5 minutes. Chicken Chow Mein is ready.
Egg Chowmein
Ingredients:
Strips egg noodles
6 Spring onions Eggs

1 Garlic clove
200 gm Baby corn
1 Cup beans
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1tbsp Vinegar
Salt to taste
Method: Keep the noodles in hot water for 5-7 minutes and drain it. Now cook it in salted water. Leave it for drying. Beat the eggs and cook it till it gets scrambled. Heat the oil and fry onions, beans and cooked onions. Add noodles to it. Stir fry it for 2 minutes. Now add soy sauce, salt and vinegar and stir fry for it 5 minutes.
